At Relentless Sportswear, we stand by the quality of our fightwear and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right.

Returns

  • You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • In original condition with tags and packaging intact

    • Free from damage, stains, or odors

  • Custom products (e.g. bespoke fight kits) are non-returnable unless faulty.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for sizing or color (subject to stock).

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive your return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product is faulty or an error on our part).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@relentlesssportswear.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Package the item securely and send it back to us.
