  • By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Products & Availability

  • We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible.

  • Availability may vary, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and approved third-party providers.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders promptly; delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping service.

  • Relentless Sportswear is not responsible for delays outside of our control (e.g. courier delays, customs).

  • Custom/bespoke products are non-returnable unless faulty.

6. Custom Orders

  • For custom fight kits, once designs are confirmed and approved by the customer, Relentless Sportswear is not responsible for design errors not flagged during approval.

  • Full payment or deposit is required before production begins.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, designs, text, graphics, and product names are property of Relentless Sportswear.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our intellectual property without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Relentless Sportswear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Personal data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of England & Wales.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
