How It Works

1. Pay your £20 deposit (below) to lock in your build slot.
2. Submit your brief — sizes, discipline, colours, logo/artwork upload: Submit Your Custom Kit Brief →
3. We reply within 1–2 days with your first design proof.
4. Up to 2 rounds of revisions until you're happy with it.
5. Approve the final proof and we'll invoice the remaining £80 balance — then it goes into production.

Good to know

• Your £20 deposit is fully credited toward your final kit price — it's not an extra fee.
• The deposit is non-refundable once design work has started, since it covers our design time.
• We'll contact you by the email you give us on the brief form, so make sure it's correct.
• Turnaround from approved proof to delivery depends on order volume — we'll confirm your timeline once your design is approved.
