At Relentless Sportswear, we aim to get your gear to you as quickly as possible.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 3 PM (UK time) are processed the same day and aim to ship next working day.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends will be processed the following working day.

Delivery Times

  • UK Standard Shipping: 2–4 working days

  • UK Express Shipping: 1–2 working days

  • International Shipping: 5–12 working days (varies by destination and customs)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs checks.

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on location and delivery method.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

Custom Orders

  • Custom fight kits and bespoke items have different lead times. Production typically takes [2-4 weeks] after design approval before dispatch.
